Managing My Credits
How long are my Credits available for use?
You may deposit your Interval as early as two years (730 days) prior to the start date of the Interval. Once your resort has verified your deposit information, the Credits are placed in your account and are immediately available for an exchange. A deposited Interval with a start date that begins within the current year means the Credits are eligible until Dec. 31 of the following year. A deposited Interval with a start date that begins within a future year means the Credits are eligible until Dec. 31 of the subsequent year.
My Credits are about to expire. What are my options?
You may be able to purchase Credit Extension. You can purchase Credit Extension for some or all of your Credits for up to one year total, which will save your Credits — giving you more time to book an Exchange vacation so you don’t miss out.
You can also use your Credits to confirm a Last Call℠ Getaways vacation available 29 days or less from the start date of the week.
Can I extend my Credits if I need more time?
For a fee, you may extend your expiring Credits for another 12 months. Remember, Credits that have been extended into a third Use Year cannot be extended further and will expire if you do not book and travel by their expiration date.
