Exchange Fees 
Exchange Fees are required for Exchange vacations. The standard fee is shown during your search, while any special pricing, promotions, or discounts will appear at checkout. These fees are paid directly to RCI at the time of booking.

Rental Fees 
(Applies to Extra VacationsSM Getaways and Last CallSM Vacations) 
Rental fees are shown before tax, with sales tax added during checkout. Should you cancel, any taxes paid will be refunded in full. These fees are paid to RCI at the time of booking.

Resort Fees 
Additional resort fees may apply and are typically collected at check-in. Amounts vary by resort and can depend on guest count, stay length, amenities, etc. Please contact the resort for exact details. These resort fees are paid directly to the resort.

Total Charges
Total Charges reflect the total amount of mandatory charges and fees due for your trip, including fees collected by both RCI and the Resort.

  • RCI collects: Booking fees, Points or Trading Power, and any additional travel products such as Renewal, Platinum memberships, Guest Certificates, Points or Trading Power Protection, and more.
  • The Resort collects: Any applicable mandatory resort fees (or all-inclusive fees, if applicable). These may vary based on your stay—such as length, number of guests, or amenities used. For the most accurate and up-to-date information for your vacation, please contact the resort directly.
